Jared came to us with the vision of a street-able drift car. Originally a KA24DE car, he swapped in a red top SR20 engine in his garage and wired it up. After driving it around for a few months, he decided he wanted to make this car a capable street driving car, but with some drift racing elements to give it a true dual purpose. He stripped out the rear seats and rear hatch interior, along with the factory fuel tank and fuel lines. He found a 16 gallon fuel-cell from JEGS, and dropped it in the rear hatch area with some mounting brackets. With some other JDM SR20 bolt-on goodies in tow, he loaded up his S13 hatch onto a U-haul trailer, and brought it straight to us.

He decided on a complete -6an stainless steel fuel system with an external Walbro 255 LPH fuel pump. While we had it here, we went ahead and installed a Trust baffled oil pan, a Greddy Type high flow intake manifold, Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, billet aluminum fuel rail, Tomei tubular turbo header, and Apexi T25 turbo. We also fabricated some -6an coolant lines from the engine block to the turbo to keep the center section cool during extended drifting runs.

After a few drifting runs on the new setup, this S13 has proven to be a regular contender in the local drifting scene, and the street car community.
